- College graduate with 10 years or above relevant experience in human resources field
- oversee all HR function responsibilities : recruitment, C&B, payroll and tax admin, employee relations, training etc
- Sound interpersonal /communication skills and has the flair and ability to work with Sr Manager from Hong Kong or Foreign employees
- Sound HR and labour/IIT law of SZ also preferably plus other cities
- work experience with foreign investment and int'l companies
- familiarize with HRIS system set up and running
- good command of spoken and written English. Spoken Cantonese preferred
- strong HR networks
- good leadership, teamplayer and good coach
- outgoing, attention to details, customer-oriented
- able to apply travel visa to HK. Require travel to other part of China for office set up |
