1.Develop and drive the company's Human Resource strategies in line with the business vision and plan.
2.Establish and formalize the effective HR plan, policies and procedures.
3.Manage all aspects of HR functions: staffing,training and development. Performance Appraisal and organization development in a very hands-on way.
4.Ensure all HR and Administrative related services are effectively and efficiently delivered.
5.Promote/build company culture, increase employee satisfaction level.
6.At least 8 years HR experience with more than 3 years at a management level.
7.Profound knowledge of China HR practices, strong leadership, hands-on, proactive and responsible.
8.At least able to read and write English, oral English is preferred. |
