工作職責: 1管理現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)客戶,并保持緊密聯(lián)系,及時主動地向客戶反饋相關(guān)信息. Manage and keep in touch with current domestic customer , timely give them response as requests. 2 處理日常事務(wù):按客戶要求提交產(chǎn)品建議書,簽定合同, 確保順利完成。Handle daily operations of customer service function: prepare production proposal, conclude contract, monitor the execution process of contract 3善于公司內(nèi)外的溝通協(xié)調(diào)以確保更好地服務(wù)客戶。 Proactively communicate with internal and external interfaces to serve the customer well. 4 協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品和新客戶. Work with sales manager to develop the new products and potential customers. 要求: 大專以上學歷 Junior college degree or above 三年以上工作經(jīng)驗者并具備一定產(chǎn)品知識者優(yōu)先。3 or above year working experience and owning knowledge of products will be better. 流利的普通話,能用英語聽,說,寫.
